Counterfeit and Decoded Goods
If you receive counterfeit or decoded goods, we will issue you a full refund, provided that you submit a claim with evidence. If we approve your claim, we'll reimburse your cash wallet supported by a credit note; you can withdraw the funds or use them on your next order.
