Authenticity guarantee - how do we verify products are authentic?

At Qogita, we only provide authentic products. We have money back guarantees and buyer protection mechanisms in place to ensure we only deliver original products.

We work with our suppliers to guarantee the authenticity of their products, and work closely with them throughout their time with us to ensure that they are meeting our standards.

Counterfeit and Decoded Goods

If you receive counterfeit or decoded goods, we will issue you a full refund, provided that you submit a claim with the correct evidence. If we approve your claim, we'll reimburse your cash wallet supported by a credit note; you can withdraw the funds or use them on your next order.
